SHIPPING POLICY

All orders over $75 or more receive free delivery with the United States. We ship our orders via USPS. You will receive a tracking number when it is shipped out. Once it is out of our hands, we are not responsible for any delays the USPS has in getting it to your home.

Currently shipping to United States addresses only.

Shipping Times

Our goal is to ship all orders for in-stock products within 3 days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday except for major U.S. holidays. Expect delays in December.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I return my product?

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for exchange only. We do not provide refunds on any merchandise. Any purchases wishing to be exchanged must be done so via the original point of purchase within 7 days of the purchase date, customer will pay shipping. Can I return a Sale item?

All sale items are final sale whether purchased for yourself or received as a gift.

Can I return a damaged item?

If the product requires repair due to negligence or the like, Kay Vogel Design. has the authority to determine whether to repair the piece and will kindly inform the client of the potential repair cost. Kay Vogel Design also has the right to deny any unreasonable repairs or exchanges. When returning merchandise for exchange or repair, please be respectful to ship the piece(s) in a secure fashion.

Custom Order

Can I get a custom order?

We will try to accommodate any custom orders to our designs. Additional time needed for custom order. Discuss with us to make sure timing is agreeable. Additional charges may apply, and all sales involving custom work are final sale.

Can I get a custom order for my Wedding Party?

Yes! We can custom make crystal necklaces, bracelets, earrings and cufflinks to match your wedding colors. Rhodium, Shiny gold and Rose gold metals are available.
