What materials do you use?Our jewelry is handcrafted from the best materials we can get our hands on. All our jewelry is made with a genuine brass base, finished with a flash plating in variety of metal options and set with genuine European crystals. Our earring studs are made of stainless-steel material to avoid any skin reaction. To preserve the lifespan of our products, please avoid contact with liquids such as body lotion, water, and perfume. It is recommended to store the items in a dry and shaded place.

Is our jewelry nickel-free and hypoallergenic?Our jewelry meets all modern standards for adult jewelry in the USA. Everyone has a different body chemistry, and some people may be allergic, or uniquely irritated by certain metals. If you’re experiencing irritation, we suggest you stop wearing that piece of jewelry and try out a different metal finish. Our most sensitive customers typically find comfort in wearing our precious metal finishes: Rose Gold, Bright Gold and Rhodium.

ShippingOrders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take 5-7 business days to fulfill, while 'pre-order' styles can take up to four weeks. As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method or delivery location/date. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Pre-Orders: If placing an order that includes both regular stock items and pre-order items the order will ship in its entirety on the date indicated for the pre-order. If you would like the regular stock item/s to ship immediately, please place a separate order for the pre-order style.

International OrdersCurrently, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States, Canada and the UK. If you are in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact info.kayvogeldesign@gmail.com. All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. Please contact your local customs office with questions. We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.
